The results are hard to measure but I started to take his chondroitin again because I don’t think it can hurt, and now at my mid 70s I’ll take anything I can get to improve the health of my joints and reduce the pain without having to rely on dreadful prescription medications.I’ve only taken it for six months after stopping Cosamin when I was in my 60s a dozen years ago. So let’s just say it’s too soon to tell and I am hoping for the best.The shipment came quickly and the product is just as I expected. I selected this brand because of its relatively high ratings. My hope and expectation is that the ingredients are the best available. ( It is so easy for unregulated supplements to take the low road and cheat the public. The improvement in his comfort and mobility was quick and very obvious. My husband asked me to find the human equivalent to see if it would help with his sore knees. Once he started taking Cosamin he noticed a marked decrease in pain and increase in mobility.For the first couple of years, my husband took the Cosamin DS. Then I started reading about the advanced formula, ASU, and he tried it. He says he does feel like the ASU gives him even more protection, so has continued with it instead of the DS.Webb
