I ordered a 4-pack but only received a single. I sent it back explaining the issue, but only received another single as a replacement. I sent that one back also hoping to get a full refund. From inspecting it, it seemed like a good bottle. The cap screwed on and off easily. It's nothing fancy, but it's a budget water bottle. The is a nice set of water bottles. They hold 25 oz on liquid and can pour an entire 20 oz bottle in it without a problem. They are also watertight bottles so you don't have to worry about the water spilling or getting out. They are not insulated so it doesn't do well keeping anything hot or cold. Overall, it is decent set of bottles. These are some pretty great bottles. The plastic ones there isn't a lot to say about, they're robust and functional, the plastic is quite rigid, you can't squeeze more out but you don't need to since the mouth of the business end is plenty wide, about the same as a 20oz soda bottle. The metal ones are insulated and where the plastic ones are 24oz, they're 20oz. I was concerned they might be dent prone but I rapped one quite soundly on the edge of the hardwood counter and there was no damage whatsoever (to either, phew). Their insulation is pretty decent for the size, I filled one with ice and topped it off with water and let it sit in 80F weather (about 28C) for 8 hours and there was still a bit of ice left, if you can't finish a 20oz drink in 8 hours I don't know what to tell your dehydrated self. They expressly say for cold beverages only. I'm not a fan of most any hot drink so I wouldn't have reason to try them for that, but I don't think it would be a very good idea anyway with how wide the mouth is. Between that and the volume of them, you'd probably want a proper thermos or insulated tumbler with the appropriate mouthpiece for a hot drink anyway. They seal great, both the whole lid and the drinking cap, no drips at all. The cap loosens and tightens easily one-handed and the ring the cap is attached to is a good secure grip. There's also no weird taste from them whatsoever. As I said above, the mouth of the bit you drink from is really well sized, though you may want to be careful with smaller ice cubes as they will slip through there. No complaints here.[Edit:Had to subtract a star. These are still decent bottles but the lids have a few issues. The silicone gasket that seals them can get wrinkled or moved when you tighten the bottle a bit too hard resulting in slow leaks, worse yet the lid itself is insulated with air pockets BUT they're open and are sealed by the gasket, so you can get stale water up in there that leaks out periodically. I've had to take the gasket out and rinse it and reseat it a few times which is a big pain, you need a toothpick or something similarly small but not too sharp to jab the thing back into place. I'm tempted to get some foodgrade silicone putty to pack around in there and make a more permanent and effective seal.Everything else is still applicable, they still seal well and are comfortable to use, but they dribble sometimes and can be frustrating to get properly sealed after using them awhile.]These are some really nice water bottles, but I have a couple issues.Overall, these water bottles work just like most other typical water bottles. They come with a removable lid to fill, and the top cap on the lid can be easily removed and I like that it is attached to the lid itself so you can't lose it (unless you are really pushing things to the test). I like the see-through material and the different colors that they come in. They are also higher quality than some other water bottles I used in the past as the material is solid and doesn't compress or flex when you squeeze it tightly. In general, these things do what they're supposed to.Now, the things I don't like. First, I don't like that the bottles come in individual boxes, but that's just my opinion. The next thing I don't like is why does this set only come with one stainless bottle and the rest are the normal, basic type ones? The rich red colored bottle is the only non-transparent, stainless, thermos-style water bottle that you get. Don't get me wrong, all the bottles are nice, but that one is of course the best of all of them, as that one will keep things hot or cold for much longer than the other bottles. That leads me to my final issue; the price. For the price I think all four bottles should be the stainless steel ones, as I can get a four pack of the normal style bottles from other brands for much cheaper. They may not be as good quality as these, but the option is there. Basically, if all these bottles were the stainless ones, then this would absolutely be a bargain. For that reason, I have to knock off a star.In the end, these are really good water bottles. My few issues with them are what is preventing me from fully giving it five stars, but if the price was, let's say $40, then this set might get that rating, otherwise these bottles are gonna have to ALL be the stainless ones for me to recommend this fully at over $60. I know that it's up to you guys whether or not to buy these, and while I do recommend them, I just can't fully justify the pricing. Thanks for reading and I hope this review has been insightful.
