It has helped me more than other so called natural products being advertised.Updated: I’ve switched my diet to a whole foods, plant based (WFPB) diet and am no longer using any supplements—when you eat the way humans were designed to eat, there’s little need (possibly no need) for supplements. WFPB has been scientifically proven to be the healthiest diet for humans. Forget the Keto, Paleo, etc diets. They are long-term disasters! If you don’t believe it, read “The China Study” (Campbell) or “How Not to Die” (Greger). There’s a lot of bad science (BS) out there—be wary. Both of the above books will help educate you on how to recognize the BS—especially Dr Campbell’s.Old: I've been using Ben's Total Health and some of Ben's other products for nearly two years. My enlarged prostate condition has stabilized. My PSA has come down from a high of 7 to it's current level of 3. The most noticeable effect for me has been a significantly reduced feeling of urgency. Thank you, Ben.I have to say that I have noticed a difference after using Ben's Total Health after only 1 month. I know it's expensive and I know there are some negative reviews but my own personal experience tells me there is some efficacy with this product. In my personal case I notice an increase in force and stream volume. I do not notice any uncomfortable feeling while for extended periods. I'm sure everyone is different and mileage may vary, but I'm here ordering my second bottle and hopefully the positive results will continue to present themselves...I've been using Ben's Total Health For The Prostate for over a year now. I've tried numerous BPH supplements over the years. Nothing has worked as well as Total Health For The Prostate. Before taking this supplement, I was having problems urinating-partial, painful, and frequent urination. After a few days, I could finally get three to five hours sleep without having to get up to void. The pain I had previously experienced while voiding was dramatically reduced. It is rather expensive, but it is the ONLY thing I've found that works for me.I know everyone's experience is different, but this product has proven itself to our family. Bought another 3 months supply. If I do not get better results will no longer buy it. It is very expensive. My doctor advised me that fat soluble vitamins are very high in this and they do not go away.Total Health is a great product, I being taking it now for almost a year, it's the only thing I take for my prostate, along with a diet and this supplements the health of my prostate has improve and getting better as time goes by, it's expensive but the results are worth it in my opinion.
